Julia graduated from an 8-year music school in piano and from St. Petersburg State University of Culture and Arts with specialization in Social Pedagogy and Leisure Management with Honors. She worked as a concertmaster in the Lyceum of Arts, accompanying the classes of theater and choreography; as an Art Director of International Exhibitions; as an artistic director of projects for international children's arts festivals; as a director and the principal of children's holidays; and as the music director in the center of early development for preschool children.
Having moved to Atlanta, Georgia, she has adapted the classical program for early musical development to work with English-speaking, Russian-speaking and French-speaking children and received additional feedback from Russian-speaking and French-speaking communities of Atlanta. This is how the concept of Music Snack was born. Since then, several very fruitful creative years have passed, during which the Music Snack team recorded 5 albums of children's songs, music games, and exercises. All this time she is in search of new pedagogical solutions for the integration of classical preschool music education into a new cultural environment. She masters the technology of recording musical phonograms, works on setting her own voice, collects music folklore from different countries, and writes poems for musical classics for children. And all this creative work open door for my young students to the rich, magical, and fascinating world of music, during every musical lesson.
